Shane Stolarczyk Announces Intent to Run for Kendall County Judge

Shane Stolarczyk has announced his intent to run for Kendall County Judge to fill the vacancy that will be created when Darrel Lux retires at the end of his current term on December 31, 2022.

Stolarczyk is a lawyer with twenty years of legal experience handling complex civil and criminal matters across the country. Following in the footsteps of his father and both grandfathers, Stolarczyk is a third-generation military service member, holding the rank of Major in the United States Air Force (Reserves). Stolarczyk has served as an adjunct professor at St. Mary’s Law School and has established several small businesses located in rural counties throughout Texas.

Stolarczyk is married to his wife and business partner, Kim, and has two teenage children Quinn (15) and Sawyer (13). They live in Fair Oaks Ranch and enjoy spending time at their family ranch in Kendalia.

“I believe Kendall County exemplifies the best of Texas. There are many reasons why our county is one of the most highly desirable places to live.  We need to ensure that the best attributes of Kendall County are protected going forward and that we set the groundwork for smart growth that is sensitive to our unique identity,” says Stolarczyk.

“Serving our country in the armed forces has been an immense honor, and I’m energized to now serve our great Kendall County community. My knowledge of the law, diverse business background, and experience as a rural landowner will allow me to consider many perspectives when problem-solving and addressing the matters that will affect our community during the next decade.”

“I want to pick up from our past leadership and build upon that foundation to protect what makes Kendall County the best place in Texas to live, raise a family, and retire. During the next several months I look forward to talking to county residents about the issues that matter to them. It is my hope they will see my commitment and dedication to supporting those measures that will keep our county a quality place for our families and businesses to thrive.”
